Eclipse Magnetics are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Support Coordinator to join their Team. This position will offer the successful candidate great levels of variety, challenges, and opportunity to develop in this area of Eclipse Magnetics.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Technical Support Coordinator will be responsible for helping the Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Service, and Engineering Teams achieve their objectives by providing technical support on product usage and design, aiding in product testing, helping to ensure product technical details are correct, and liaising with customers to help solve any of their diverse range of magnetic problems.

To be considered for this role applicants will ideally have:
- Holding technical discussions with customers, suppliers and internally
- Presenting data and information to customers
- Problem solving to meeting specifications/criteria
- Data analysis to understand and predict trends from test results and other information
- Working or training within in a technical/engineering/scientific role
- Writing technical information
- Ideally operation of testing equipment
- Ability to convert a problem into specifications/criteria to meet
- Able to fully understand customer CAD drawings
- Ability to meet deadlines with efficient time and workload management skills
- Working or training within Scientific/Engineering industry (or within Academia in similar fields)
- Excellent computer skills, with experience using the full Microsoft Office package
- Ideally knowledge and design of permanent magnets and electromagnets
- Advantageous (but not essential) if have knowledge of any of electrical circuitry, fluid dynamics, or SolidWorks

Eclipse Magnetics are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join their team. This is an exciting role offering the successful candidate great levels of variety, challenge, and opportunity.
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Team Leader, the Warehouse Operative’s role is to pick, pack and despatch customer orders, maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. The role will also involve stock replenishment of goods from the good inwards area to the warehouse stock locations, completing annual stocktakes and monthly perpetual stocktakes.

To be considered for this role applicants will ideally have:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced and often demanding warehouse environment
- Experience of working with engineered products
- Proven relatable experience in a similar role
- Experience of working to SOPs and (FMCG / Retail)
- Good level of academic achievement
- FLT – (VNA, reach & counterbalance) license (preferable, but not essential)
- Good communicator and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent level of accuracy
- Ability to follow verbal / written instructions and SOPs
- Good customer service skills
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office & SAP advantageous
