We are looking for two Internal Sales Executives to join our Sales Team in Sheffield, offering all-round excellent sales support to assist with the overall smooth running of the sales office operation.
Eclipse Magnetics have a huge range of products and we are looking for someone who is focussed and can pick process and product up in a timely manner. As a department we are a branch between sales and customer services. This mean that you will also have to liaise, support and work with sales, especially when they’re out visiting customers.
There’s plenty to do in this role, from handling front-line telephone calls; providing detailed and technical quotations to customers; chasing down historical quotes to see if they’re still live or need updating; ensuring the internal CRM databases are updated daily; whilst developing and maintaining strong executive relationships with key customer accounts.
What about you? Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar internal sales role, and if this experience is from working in an engineering industry or with technical products then we definitely want to hear from you. Customer service is a huge part of this role, so it’s important that you are confident when speaking and liaising with customers. Attention to detail is key as you will be checking orders and ensuring they are correct before customer services receive for processing.

We are looking for Area Sales Representatives to join our BoilerMag Sales Team. You will build excellent relationships with the key people in your allocated accounts, ensuring they are well-informed of our complete product range of Magnetic Heating System Filters, to achieve maximum sales potential. The deals are already established, so rather than tough negotiations, you’ll focus on prospecting, closing sales and growing business accounts.
What about your area? The Midlands area covers from North Wales, across to Lincolnshire and Norfolk, East and West Midlands. The South-East role covers Suffolk across to Bedfordshire down to Greater London and West Sussex. You can expect to travel extensively throughout your region and will enjoy the flexible approach to working hours this role brings.
What about you? You will have previous sales experience, ideally within the plumbing and heating industry but that’s not essential, as long as it’s a comparable industry. Maybe you’re an established Area Sales Representative looking for your next challenge or a merchant-based salesperson looking to progress your career in a field-based role. Whatever your experience, you will bring with you a desire to achieve results, provide excellent customer service, analyse and solve problems and contribute to team success.

ACCOUNT MANAGER - MMA PRODUCTS
***UK Southern Based Role***
We want you to become the kind of Account Manager you’ve always wanted to be, and you will be responsible for nurturing and growing the Eclipse Magnetics MMA (Magnet Material & Assemblies) product range in the South UK Region.
You will work with both current and prospective customers, expanding the current database to generate effective leads. We work as a team here at Eclipse Magnetics, and together each business sector push hard to exceed sales targets against the overall sales budget. This also means there are always plenty of people nearby that you can ask for help if you need it.
There’s plenty to do in this role, from developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure territory growth and profit objective achievement, and providing sales reports and forecasts.
What about you? Ideally you will have previous experience in sales, whether that’s industrial products, manufacturing, OEM, or distributor / reseller sales. If you’re qualified in engineering then great, although knowledge is more important to us than a qualification.
You will be technically minded – someone who has strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In this role, we’re looking for someone who is service driven with first class customer service skills. You are self-confident, you’re a doer and you love to see results.
