TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are now recruiting for a Telemarketing Executive to join the marketing teams for both The Bowers Group and Eclipse Magnetics; this is an exciting role offering the successful candidate great levels of variety, challenge and opportunity to lead and drive this area.
Reporting to the Bowers Group Marketing Manager and based at the Sheffield Offices, the Telemarketing Executive will be a shared resource with primary responsibility for proactive telemarketing to existent and prospective accounts in line with established Company practice, and with a commitment to supporting the wider Company sales strategy
On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will have responsibility for call-managing existent and prospective customers, using creative pitches and propositions designed and applied to specific industry sectors. The job-holder will always ensure proactive management of the accounts, whilst using initiative to identify new leads and follow up new opportunities, with a focus on new business and new customers.
In addition, the Telemarketing Executive will maintain the customer / sales database; deliver campaign requirements and encourage and coordinate customer feedback to improve service, whilst always demonstrating due attention to customer care and adopting a professional approach always.
To be considered for this role, applicants will have a good level of academic achievement and previous experience gained from working within the engineering industry, within a similar internal / telemarketing role dealing with technical products.
Applicants will have good time management, with strong planning and organisational skills, alongside first-class written communication, and interpersonal skills, with an excellent telephone manner. Strong IT competence, with experience using the full Microsoft Office Suite is essential, with experience using a CRM system desirable.
Combined with the above experience and skill set, we are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, enthusiastic, innovative, and who can demonstrate high attention to detail with excellent levels of accuracy. Candidates must be self-confident and professional with the ability to adapt and work flexibly to meet the demands of the business. Furthermore, the role-holder will be committed to undertaking UK travel for satisfactory performance of the role and responsibilities.

Eclipse Magnetics are looking to recruit an experienced Welder Operative to join their Production Team on a full-time basis; reporting to the Production Manager and based at our offices in Sheffield, this position will offer the successful candidate great levels of variety, challenge and job satisfaction.
On a day to day basis, it will be the responsibility of the Welder Operative to operate welding equipment to assemble and weld simple and complex items in order to assist the build of components to drawing specifications and manufacturing orders. The successful candidate will conduct fitment, building and rebuilding work quickly and accurately; will use a variety of electronic scanning and reporting tools and will maintain effective communication with the responsible Engineer with regards to project updates, delays and discrepancies. The Welder Operative will understand the assembly-specific technical demands of the station being worked and will have an appreciation of how their role contributes to the process of component amalgamation.
In addition, the job-holder will be required to work to a schedule, work speedily, accurately and with a steady hand, both on own initiative and simultaneously as part of a larger team, whilst maintaining high-levels of Health & Safety at all times.
The successful applicant will have a good level of academic achievement with previous experience working within a similar role, gained from within a fast-paced and demanding production environment.
Candidates must demonstrate competent project / time management and organisational skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to allow successful interaction with individuals at all levels. The ability to understand design and engineering manufacturing procedures, work creatively on own initiative and generate new ideas is desirable. Furthermore, to be successful in this role applicants must be highly motivated, proactive, positive, flexible, adaptable and hardworking, with an excellent work ethic and desire to work in a demanding production driven environment.
In addition, applicants must be in possession of a full valid UK driving licence as there may be an expectation to travel as and when required, in order to meet the needs of the business.
