Overview - Rubber Coated Neodymium NdFeB Magnets

Rubber Covered Neodymium Magnets

The multiple pole design of  our rubber coated Neodymium (NdFeB)  or Rare Earth  pot magnets ensures a dense shallow magnetic field on the holding surface. This allows for excellent holding onto thin surfaces such as car body metal.or point of sale gondolas. With excellent holding force up to 42 kg it is resistant to slippage even when holding or clamping heavy items. They offer a scratch free alternative to standard Neodymium magnets.

Rubber Covered Neodymium Pot Magnets

These rubber coated Neodymium (NdFeB) pot magnets are especially suitable for magnetically fixing objects such as advertising displays or attachments to cars  body work (the metal work must have a mild steel content). They are also suitable for retail applications such as mounting signs or POS banners. They are also used for saftey applications such as holding temporary lighting. The rubber coating also  ensures a  good level of corrosion protection in humid conditions.

Because of their high performance, slide resisting properties and paint work protection ability, these rubber coated Neodymium (NdFeB) pot magnets are  widely used in the retail  and display industries. They can also be referred to as Boutique Magnets because of their protective qualities. Three  versions are available: Threaded neck (external male threaded stud) - you could attach a nut to this design style, a  screwed bush (external female threaded bush) - you could attached a bolt or eyebolt to this design style and also a circular version which have an internal M4, M5 or M8 internal thread  for locating various attachments.

In addition to the 3 round options we alos offer a rubber covered rectangular version with one or two internal threaded holes.  To read more about our rbber coated magnets with pre-fitted swivel hook attachments click here.
