Magnetic Filtration for Tool Cutting

Our magnetic filters enable a high precision “mirror” finish on high speed steel and tungsten carbide tool cutting applications.

Magnetic filtration is the most effective means of removing problem ferrous particles from metalworking fluids, and has the ability to remove almost 100% of ferrous contamination. Magnetic filters can even remove sub-micron particles smaller than one micron in size, whereas traditional barrier filters typically leave particles smaller than 5-10 microns circulating in the fluid. These particles significantly affect the performance of fluids and also act as a focus for bacterial build up. Using magnetic filtration, however, results in huge fluid, coolants, or oil purchase and disposal savings.
