Overview - Hinged Strip Magnetic Separator
Designed to be mounted above flat belt conveyors, hinged strip magnets are ideal for the removal of ferrous contamination from many product types. High-intensity Rare Earth Neodymium magnets are fully enclosed within a stainless steel shroud onto which a hinged cleaning plate is mounted.
Deep fields of magnetic energy are emitted from the front face attracting ferrous contamination as it passes below. All parts are manufactured using 316-grade stainless steel, except the plastic handles.
