We recommend installing a variety of magnetic separators and metal detectors throughout you process line, whether that is for granulates, liquids or powders. Common locations include, at the silo or material intake, pre-processing stages, pre and post critical machinery and at final packaging. 

We are able to provide custom solutions to suit your needs and are suitable for conveyor, pneumatic and free-fall / gravity process lines. Most of our detection range can operate efficiently up to 80°C, but some can be customised to allow up to 140°C, particularly when used in plastic processing.

Our range of metal separators are able to detect and capture fine ferrous and paramagnetic contamination from your process. Our metal detection systems will detect and reject all metal groups including ferrous, non-magnetic and stainless steel.
